        Inspection & Quarantine Instructions to Inbound Personnel

        1. Foreign nationals planning to reside in China permanently or for more than one year are required to go through health inspection formalities at the International Tourism and Health Care Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”), and submit the original health certificate (health inspection items are subject to the Physical Examination Record of Foreigners issued by Chinese diplomatic authorities) issued by public hospitals or private medical organizations notarized by notary agencies in their countries. The health certificates shall be valid for six months from the date of issuance. Foreign nationals approved by the Center will receive a health certificate; those denied will be required to receive complementary inspections at the Center.

        2. Foreign nationals coming from Yellow Fever epidemic areas shall present a valid vaccination certificate to the customs office before entering China.
