        International industrial parks

            Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City: On March 26, 2014, in the presence of the leaders of the two countries, China and France signed the Letter of Intent on Building the Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City in Wuhan, agreeing to build an ecological demonstration city for sustainable urban development in the post-industrial era in the Houguan Lake area of Caidian District, Wuhan. The Sino-French Wuhan Ecological Demonstration City will, based on the sustainable development experience of both China and France in urban planning, design and construction management, develop into “a city of Sino-French cooperation, a low-carbon demonstration city, a city of industrial innovation, and an ecologically livable city" that draws on advanced French technology, brings together French enterprises, and focuses on the application of ecological and environmental technologies, including renewable energy, low-carbon transportation system, and green buildings, with the aim of becoming a model for sustainable urban development.

            Wuhan Sino-German Industrial Park: Located in the Caidian Economic Development District of Wuhan, the Sino-German Industrial Park has a planned area of 5 square kilometers, of which 2 square kilometers is the start-up business area and 3 square kilometers is the business development area. Focusing on new energy vehicles, intelligent and connected vehicles, intelligent manufacturing, electronic information technology and modern logistics, the Park will, as planned, develop into an advanced manufacturing cluster integrating R&D, design, production and services.

            Wuhan Sino-Japanese Industrial Park: Located in Huangpi District Airport Industrial Zone, covers an area of about 20 square kilometers, of which 2 square kilometers are the start-up business area, 10 square kilometers are the business development area, and 8 square kilometers are the extension area. Focusing on aviation manufacturing, intelligent equipment, finance, cultural and creative industries, information services, and intelligent logistics, a Sino-Japanese trade demonstration zone and an international intelligent manufacturing innovation zone will be built.
