China-Europe freight between Wuhan and Belarus

        Containers destined for Belarus

On Jan. 22, a China-Europe (Wuhan) freight train, which departed from Soligorsk, Belarus, arrived at China's land port of Horgos and then headed for Wuhan. The whole trip lasted about 14 days. Filled with agricultural products, it is the first such train coming from Belarus, and thus marks the start of the bidirectional movement of goods on freight trains between Wuhan and Belarus.

Soligorsk, a city in Minsk oblast, Belarus, is an important inland hub of Europe. The launch of this train has further expanded the range of the China-Europe freight train (Wuhan) in eastern Europe.
